If you like a beach, we 100% recommend 'Plage du Stêr' which has free parkign areas and the beach is something to die for (it's also by Yelloh! La Plage, somewhere we've also stayed previously) Grounds are still great to walk around and I'm sure we'll be back again in the future. I made use of the free sauna in the gym area, I was the only person using at the times I went, but you have to book as it's part of the gym and is limited to numbers using. The animation team provided some interesting shows in the evenings, some of the parts of the Disney show raised our eyebrows, but worth going to. We used the takeaway for pizza and burger on the first night and the food was delicious. There is a Super U market about 300m on the main road for the main shop. The shop seems very small now, but has the basics to get you served and the morning bakery is lovely. Personally I prefered when the bar was nearer the pool complex so you could enjoy a drink (both alcaholic and non) while watching the children. indoor pools are great, especially if you want a pool that's a little warmer than outside. The slides have been expanded from previous, seeing a new inflatable ride and a faster tunnel slide which were enjoyed and great fun.ĭownside in the pool was teenagers in relationships trying to eat each other in the pool which is a little inappropriate with all the young children around. We only saw a couple of children hurt themselves. Although the climbing and jumping off the rocks and diving in the pool isn't prevented. The pool complex was great, and like all Yelloh sites, no eating/drinking/smoking is permitted within the fenced area which is good.

The area also seemed to attract many wasps and on one day a huge Hornet. Fortunately our dog isn't one for joining in that way. So when one dog barks, it sets other dogs off. The location of the cottage was OK, but it did seem that all dog owners were in the same area. Travelling with 2A, 2C & 1 Dog, staying in a 2 bed 4 flower/star cottage.Ĭheck-in was easy and straight forward, staff were as all Yelloh sites very polite.Īccomodation was clean and presentable, although it looked slightly smaller than the same rating cottage we had previously, I think the different layout made it looked cramped in parts. We stayed here back in August 2016 for one week and had a fantastic time, so we were hoping for a similar experince in 2022.
